We aim to deliver our products within 1 - 3 working days from the order date. Unfortunately, occasionally you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the destination. These include national holidays, strikes, or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we might be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Before signing, we recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to issue refunds for claims (for example empty packages) that are not reported immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.
