Return & Exchanges Policy
You can opt for an exchange or cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. If you’d like to return the products and request a refund please contact our customer service at email@example.com with your order number.
After the return has been confirmed by our customer services via email, you should send the products back to us within 14 days from date of confirmation. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns.
Please note that all products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with all the accessories present at the time of purchase. If the products are not returned to us in their original conditions, you will liable for any damage to the products. Please make sure you return all the items in their original state in order to avoid incurring any charges.
How to Return Goods
If you’d like to return an order, please have your purchase order number at hand when contacting our customer service.
When preparing the return the package please make sure to place the products in their original box, to include all accessories and information material, and to attach a copy of the return acceptance email. Please place the original box in a protective carton package suitable for shipping. This will ensure that the products are returned in their original state and avoid incurring any charges for potential damage.
Once the products are received, we will refund your order. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you directly. If the package gets lost or is delayed, we may have to withhold the reimbursement until we receive confirmation that the products have been received. The order will be refunded using the same means of payment as your original purchase.
